Emotional Freedom Technique
An alternative method of healing that works, when nothing else will. A meridian energy therapy, known also as 'tapping.'
Developed from acupuncture and kinesiology, EFT works by using powerful energy points on the body.
EFT was developed by Gary Craig, http://www.emofree.com, who on developing this work travelled across the USA and stopped at hospitals where Vietnam veterans were living. These veterans’ lives had been ruined by fears and phobias; Gary Craig was able to rapidly help many of them overcome these fears and documented the success of this therapy.

EFT helps my clients to overcome fears, phobias, anxieties, food cravings and many other issues, rapidly.
When working with clients I bring in many aspects of different therapies. As an NLP Practitioner and an EFT practitioner, in conjunction with being a Hypnotherapist I am able to help my clients move forward, using different techniques.
